Samsung Communications Centre SA operates a customer help desk 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, Minor programming changes, Faults and basic telephone advise are provided free of charge to customers that hold a current service agreement and for a small fee for those that don't. More complex programming changes are charged based on time taken.
