We also offer a support help desk from 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday for use by all customers. Minor programming changes, Fault resolution and basic telephone advice is provided free of charge to customers that hold a current service agreement and for a small fee to those that don't. More complex programming changes are charged based on the time taken.
